Job Title: Product Support


Department : EMR - Support
Reports To : EVP – Sales & Marketing
Summary : This position is responsible for the support and product development of the EMR product. Product improvement direction, product support, press releases and product demos are among the many responsibilities this person will handle on a weekly basis. Growing the brand and creating a market share for these 2 products are key to this position creating the desired results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:


  • Support in the design and development of marketing materials for both the EMR product to grow brand recognition.
  • Support the design creative and effective web site layouts for both products and work with web development teams to implement.
  • Work with clients and the market place to understand necessary changes to each tool to create differentiators from competitors and increase the value of the tools to existing clients.
  • Create training and then coordinate training new clients on software prior to implementation.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for operational/production apps to ensure support functions as needed.
  • Research new technologies/ processes and make recommendations to improve companies bottom line.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures within area of competence.
  • Develop a system of functionality responses to support enquires and action time.

Secondary functions:


  • Be prepared to discuss development options and pricing for new products within internal team.
  • Periodic case studies preparations, Cost Benefit Analysis preparations, etc.
  • Other roles and responsibilities as not expressly explained her, but as deemed necessary.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED


  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 3+ years of in one of the core business spaces.
  • Must have good creativity, conceptual and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work with clients on requirements and develop appropriate specifications for development team.
  • Ability to provide backup administrative support.
  • Ability to communicate with executives internally as well as with the client.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
